PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated in the top left hand corner of the Site.
 
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The  Euros price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
 
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
 
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
 
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
 
Returns
 
If Items are returned with in 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 
The returned product must be new and in the original packaging with all accessories. 
This does not apply to special orders. Special orders are items made to a size or in a colour non stock. 
 
We will process your credit or refund within 7 days of receiving the required items.
 
 
 

Store Policies


Return Period & Eligibility:

You have 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from date of purchase to contact us via email and to fully complete our return/complaint form (info@kian.ie), or to collect and return the form to us in the store.

This gives you the consumer, time to make sure the item is not faulty and is of the quality promised.


  • Once this time period is over Kian Furniture accept no responsibility


  • If you attempt to repair the item or have someone else repair it Kian Furniture accept no responsibility


  • If you have broken or damaged the item Kian Furniture accept no responsibility


  • Unfortunately, refunds & returns will be refused without an original receipt (please look after yours as this is your responsibility as the ‘Buyer’)


  • We do not do refunds or returns on: Clearance - Ex-Display - Sold as Seen Items


  • We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on Mattresses


  • We cannot (under any circumstances) refund or exchange your purchase if the item(s) were a special order to your specifications, or if the item(s) that were ordered are not something we normally carry


  • Please Note that you will be responsible for all transport costs when returning an item to the store
